Guest Blog Thursday - Gus

This is Gus. The little one keeps pestering me to do this. So here I am. It's raining. Again. Went outside. Barked some. Got wet. Came in. Now I'm dry. Will someone rub my belly?

strange things

Mom is doing something weird today. It's making the house smell funny. She's rubbing stuff on the walls with a scary tool (since it was fuzzy at first I thought it was a toy - not so much). She's also making some weird sounds. Dad says she's singing along with the music - I'm thinking maybe the smelly stuff is making her sick since the sounds she's making are so strange. I'm gonna go outside as soon as I can - too much strangeness gong on. Although I have been able to sleep on Mom & Dad's bed quite a bit today - they don't know that though so don't tell. I sure could use a snack - I like snacks - they're yummy! Gus is barking... gotta go see!

Rainy day

It's raining. Means I can't just hang outside and chase bugs and wrestle with Gus. Wait...a....minute.... I can wrestle with Gus INSIDE!

Park

Went to the park today! Got to walk around the lake and sniff lots of stuff and eat different grasses and see pretty flowers. I even stepped on two long skinny wiggly things - Mom says they're called snakes - they moved funny and I wanted to chase them but Mom wouldn't let me. Now it's nap time. It's exhausting sniffing all those new sniffs! Sure was fun though. Life is Fun!

Saturday night!

Oh boy - movie night! I can't wait for popcorn! I LOVE popcorn! It's one of my most favorite things. Chasing a ball is another one of my most favorite things. Oh and another most favorite things is a new toy - gotta love those! Life is fun!

outside

Not sure what's going on - my parents haven't taken me for a walk yet and it's starting to get hot out! I don't like the sun - I prefer that white stuff, but it doesn't really come around that much. Mom & Dad say they are happy about that. I don't know why that makes them happy - that white stuff is SO much fun and comfy to be in - it's not hot.

OK - so Mom & Dad are making me blog. I guess they are giving me a job since I'm an Aussie and I like to do stuff. I really do like to do stuff. But only if it's not scary. Scary things scare me. Well, it's late and I'm tired and although I do like to do stuff - I generally like to do stuff between 6am and 8pm..... with occasional naps - can't forget the naps. I like naps a lot too. I like lots of stuff. Life is fun!
